Loc Eight Mobile (Pty) Ltd, trading as Loc8 Mobile, has successfully completed its strategic transition into a fully fledged Business-to-Business (B2B), open-access wholesale telecommunications operator. Our operations are now focused exclusively on wholesale network infrastructure, connectivity and service enablement for telecommunications operators, Internet Service Providers and enterprise customers.

As part of this strategic transition, Loc8 is concluding its direct retail connectivity services. We are working with eligible operators to support the orderly migration of existing retail customers, with a focus on minimising service disruption and maintaining connectivity wherever reasonably practicable. Each customer’s migration is coordinated according to their individual service arrangements and the applicable transfer requirements.

Your existing service and billing arrangements remain subject to their applicable terms until the necessary transfer requirements and acceptance have been completed.
